ONE OR MORE STOPS & CHARTER TRIPS: One Stop In Between A Reservation Must Be Within The First Hour: $10.00 Extra For The Same City As Destination & $20.00 For A Different City Destination. If A Reservation Has 2 Or More Stops Within Itself Or Wait Time Is More Than 15 Minutes The Reservation Will Become A Charter (Hourly Rate). All Charter Trips Are Based On An Hourly Rate, A 3,4, Or 5-Hour Minimum & Those Are Consecutively In A Row, Not A Split Up Time Arrangement. WAIT TIME: Every 15 Minutes Or More Of Wait Time Will Round To A Full Hour.
NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS: Airport Pick-Ups that are not cancelled 48 Hours before scheduled pick-up time will be charged the rate, no gratuity, no tax. All No-Show reservations will be charged the rate, no gratuity, and no tax. Point to Point or Transfer Event reservations that are cancelled less than 6 weeks before the date of service, the full amount is charged, less the gratuity, to the credit card provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the date of service, the customer waives only the deposit; which will be charged to the credit card provided. Chartered or other Hourly reservations that are cancelled less than 6 weeks before the date of service, the full amount is charged, less the gratuity, to the credit card provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the date of service, the customer waives only the deposit; which will be charged to the credit card provided.
DEPOSITS & REFUNDS & CASH: All deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled after signing contract. If reservation is carried out, the deposit is applied after the vehicle is accessed for any damages to the interior & exterior. Upon receiving the contract or credit card authorisation form, you will be charged for your deposit, usually is the first full hour of reservation. This is subject to change or discussed at time reservation is made. If paying for a whole trip in cash, all cash payments must be paid 7 days before reservation or before trip leaves pick up address. If there are any valid discrepancies determined by EZWAZ Technologies regarding the reservation, you will be credited back on the credit card you provided. We do not refund back CASH, we credit back the valid credit card you provide when holding the reservation.
DAMAGES & ILLEGAL/SEXUAL CONDUCT: Any damage to a vehicle(s) interior & exterior will constitute extra charges. Any disorderly or illegal conduct, including the act of any illegal act or abusive nature towards the driver, will result in a termination of the trip as is & the full amount due will be charged to your responsibility & credit card. This also includes any sexual act or conduct in the vehicle. There will be cleaning charges for any damages, interior or exterior due to these events caused by any member of the actual party in the vehicle. NO SMOKING IN ANY VEHICLE.
VEHICLE CONDITIONS: You hereby agree to be responsible for any & all damages to the vehicle caused by yourself, or any member of your party. All vehicles are inspected the same day before the start time of the trip. The credit card listed here may be charged for any responsible damages. All fees are subject to change depending on the EXTENT & INTENT of damage to each vehicle. A sanitation fee of $500 will be charged for anyone who vomits or releases any bodily fluids or excretions inside any of the vehicles. NO SMOKING or EATING allowed in the vehicles.
ITINERARY: EZWAZ Technologies requests that a full itinerary of your event at least is needed within 7 days in advance of service date, specifying exact times & locations, including exact details about which members of the event we expect to pick up. This allows for proper routing, travel times, weather & traffic variables. EZWAZ Technologies reserves the right to make recommendations / change regarding your itinerary if the times are unrealistic. If any passengers are under the age of 21 years & the itinerary is changed for any reason while en route of the actual trip, you will be charged regardless.
GRATUITY & SURCHARGES: A gratuity of 20 % will automatically be added to all reservations, including sedan, SUV, limousine, SUV limousine, bus & limo coach charters. Airport reservations have an airport tax that will also be charged to the full amount of the trip. Published prices, rates, fees and specials are not guaranteed and subject to change without notice.
We accept reservations on line and over the phone. In order to hold reservation a deposit by credit card is required. Published prices rates, fees and specials are not guaranteed and subject to change without notice. Reservations for airport transportation may be canceled up to 48 Hours prior to arranged time. Weddings or themed charters as well as all hourly charter service and point to point event service reservations may be canceled up to 6 (six) weeks prior to arranged service day. All hourly charters and point to point service reservations require a deposit. Airport Cancellations made less than 6 (six) hours prior to the reservation and customer no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the quoted rate on the credit card provided. Deposit and prepays are not refundable. EZWAZ Technologies is not responsible for the delays or terminations caused by traffic, road conditions, weather conditions, mechanical breakdown/accidents, unknown/unforeseen mechanical failures, situations deemed “Acts of God”, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, or other events beyond our control. EZWAZ Technologies will endeavour to maintain the schedule submitted to its agent or employee, but same is not guaranteed. If any of the above conditions or any other condition beyond its control make it, in the opinion of EZWAZ Technologies inadvisable to operate vehicles, either from place of origin or any point en route, EZWAZ Technologies shall not be liable therefore or be caused to be held for any damages for any reason whatsoever. EZWAZ Technologies is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while providing services and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. EZWAZ Technologies has a right to substitute one or more vehicles for a booked vehicle providing the Customer the same or greater seating space in total. EZWAZ Technologies may also use third-party owned vehicles. Itineraries must be in writing to our office at least 7 (seven) days prior to service date. Customer agrees to indemnify EZWAZ Technologies from any damages, attorney fees and court costs resulting from any third-party claims as a result of the acts or omissions of the Customer, guests, passengers or party. EZWAZ Technologies driver will be furnished with a copy of the entire agreed itinerary and will be specifically instructed to strictly follow it, if you make any changes to the agreed upon itinerary at the time of service, EZWAZ Technologies will not be responsible for damages or delays occurring due to the change of itinerary. Any downsizing of previously reserved duration of service or vehicles will not relieve the Customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled reservation.
CUSTOMER AND PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct: Proper and lawful conduct of all passengers is expected at all times in and/or about the vehicles. The Customer is responsible for his/her actions as well as his/her guests in every regard to this agreement. Customer assumes full financial liability, including consequential damages. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the Customer. Customer is responsible for any illegal acts (this includes any sexual act or conduct in the vehicle) committed by the Customer or any passengers during the rental. Please be aware that upon any infraction of this agreement, the driver has the option of returning to the point of pick up or ending the service at the point of infraction, such as abuse of any kind, unruly or illegal behaviour and all monies shall be forfeited. EZWAZ Technologies reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate. The driver has the right to terminate ride without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the Customer and/or their passenger(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted. Food is not permitted inside the vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Damage: Customer assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle and/or property caused by the Customer, guests, passengers or party whether by accident, neglect or intent. The Customer assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any passengers or members of their party. Sanitation fee is $500.00 for anyone who vomits or releases any bodily fluids or excretions inside any of the vehicles. Excessive drink spillage fee starts at $250.00.
Customer Belongings: EZWAZ Technologies and the driver assume no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage including contents, carry-on items that may be damaged during loading/unloading or while in transit or any articles including but not limited to cash, jewellery, electronic, computer or telephone equipment left behind in the vehicle. In no event shall EZWAZ Technologies or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, information providers or licensors be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damage (regardless of the form of action) arising out of (i) use of service by any person, including but not limited to any damage caused by any reliance on, or any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions, in any information and content accessed over the service, (ii) any use or inability to use the service for whatever reason, including but not limited to communications failure or any other failure with transmission or delivery of any information accessed through the service, or (iii) any goods or services discussed, purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly though the service, in each case even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Shuttle Services: We require a coordinator to be provided by the customer as well as coordinator’s cellular phone number where we can be in touch during the shuttle service. The coordinator or the customer will be the sole party responsible for coordinating with the drivers and directing the passengers to the vehicles during the shuttle service. You acknowledge that the turnaround time may be longer than anticipated due to traffic conditions. Due to heavy traffic at pick up and drop off locations, failure of the coordinator in his/her duties may cause passenger to not properly locate the shuttle service. If the coordinator cannot be reached at time of service, EZWAZ Technologies will not be responsible for any damages or delays.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged your credit card in order to secure your reservation.
Additional Charges: Charges incurred for wait time, extra stops, extra luggage, extra passengers, etc. may also be added to the verbal or written estimated amount Overtime charges will apply at the prearranged time described on the transportation agreement and is charged at the rate of $1.00/min. for sedans & stretch limousines; $3.00/min for SUV & stretch SUV limousines; $5.00/min for stretch Hummer limousines, Limo Coach & Multi-passenger Buses.
Other Fees: Customer assumes responsibility for any overtime fees and authorises credit card charges to be made to cover these or any other costs due and not collected at the end of the ride.
A time/date change fee of $25 may apply. If you have any question or problems with the service, please call us at 202-932-2720 immediately. No refunds or credits can be considered after a trip is completed since the opportunity to rectify the situation at the time of occurrence will have been lost.
Payment: The remaining balance must be paid prior to embarking of the vehicle. If you have not pre-paid for your service, you will need to present your chauffeur with a credit card and drivers license. The driver will then ask for your signature and phone in for verification. If verification is not possible, you must pay the balance in cash before the passengers can board the vehicle. If payment is not made, reservation will be considered cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE OVER THE PHONE 202-932-2720 in order to receive a cancellation number. No Shows and Late Cancellation for any reason shall incur full charge on the credit card provided. Deposits And Pre-Paid Services On All reservations Are Non-refundable.

Should EZWAZ Technologies prevail in any dispute, whether in arbitration or court, including obtaining a dismissal in court, Customer agrees to pay all of EZWAZ Technologies DBA Car and Limo Service, Inc.’s costs and fees. “Costs and fees” means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration or litigation, including the arbitrators fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out -of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorneys fees.
