Cancellation And Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • EZWAZ Technologies is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
  • A fee of 100.00 will be incurred for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Illegal Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
  • The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). This includes any and all behavior that is reasonably thought to jeopardize the safety/well-being of the driver, passengers and equipment.
  • It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our limousines.
  • Overtime charge will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the trip sheet. Please contact the office for a full schedule of overtime rates depending on the vehicle in use.
  • EZWAZ Technology is not responsible for delays or termination of a trip caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted or cleared from snow roads, accidents, etc.).
  • EZWAZ Technology is not responsible for any articles left in the car.
  • Credit Card and Check balances must be prepaid 30 days prior for any special event¬†(wedding, shuttle, prom, night out on the town, etc.). Cash balances to be paid on the day of the trip must be paid to the driver before the beginning of the trip.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating or luggage capacity, under any circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to switch vehicles before a run based on availability without prior notice, if a vehicle that was previously requested is unavailable or there is a risk of a driver not making it on time for a pick up.
  • No-Show Policy: A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made.
  • With the exception of hourly reservations, each stop made in addition to a Pick-Up and Drop-Off will incur a $25.00 extra stop fee plus applicable gratuity and tax.
  • EZWAZ Technology will wait for 15 minutes at any pick up, stop, or drop-off at no charge. Any waiting time that exceeds 15 minutes will incur a waiting time fee at an hourly rate applicable to the vehicle in use. Please contact our office for full schedule of waiting time rates per vehicle.
  • Any pick-ups scheduled between and including 11:45 PM and 4:45 AM will incur a $25.00 early/late fee.
  • Any pick-ups from the airport with incoming flight arrivals between and including 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM will also incur a $25.00 early/late fee. Fees are assessed based on actual flight arrivals and not on scheduled arrival times.
